Ben Bass (actor)

Benjamin Langer Bass is an AmericanCanadian television and stage actor. He is best known for his role as 16th century Spanish vampire Javier Vachon in the series Forever Knight, and for his more recent role as Detective Sam Swarek on the Global TV police television series Rookie Blue, which also aired on the ABC Channel.

Bass was born in Baltimore, Maryland. At age 7, he moved with his family to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He speaks French fluently.
